When the bath temperature is higher than the process requirements, the firmness, uniformity, smoothness and surface finish of the product surface coating have a greater impact. The water cooler helps to stabilize metal and non-metal ions, to quickly attach metal ions to the surface of the plated parts, to increase the density and smoothness of the plated parts, to shorten the plating cycle, to improve the production quality, to reduce the loss of plating raw materials and to effectively recover all kinds of expensive chemicals, to cool and maintain the constant temperature of the plating solution, which will have a great impact on the production process, product quality and production efficiency. Improvement. 
According to the different plating materials and types, the plating chillers can be divided into: special chillers for galvanizing, tin plating, nickel plating, chromium plating, copper plating, gold plating, silver plating and vacuum plating.
According to the different cooling methods, it can be divided into direct cooling and intercooling.
1. World-renowned compressors: the use of internationally renowned brand fully enclosed high-efficiency flexible scroll compressor, simple structure, no wear and tear compression components, small moment change, high balance, energy-saving, efficient, stable and reliable, easy to operate and easy to achieve automation control;
2. Shell-and-tube condenser: using high-efficiency external threaded copper tubes, using the latest CAD/CAM design and processing technology, with CNC processing center production, corresponding to heat dissipation, water flow rate, scaling coefficient, calculating the effective heat transfer area, leaving 5-10% surplus; both end caps are easy to disassemble, easy to maintain;
3. Evaporator: Using steel-plastic composite shell-and-coil heat exchanger, heat exchanger tube is a high-efficiency internal threaded tube, which is a high-tech small channel product developed from international heat transfer enhancement technology. The special pipe arrangement makes the heat transfer coefficient reach the leading level in the field of heat exchanger at present, and can maximize the operation efficiency of the unit. The shell is steel-plastic composite, and the water surface is sealed engineering plastic. It has strong corrosion resistance and long service life. After many freezing tests, no internal and external cracks were found in the special designed structure, and the frost resistance was excellent. The shell is removable and easy to maintain and clean.
4. Corrosion-resistant units: using high-efficiency anti-corrosion evaporator, direct cooling without any secondary heat exchange equipment, energy-saving than ordinary units more than 36%, shorter refrigeration time, more accurate temperature control, truly achieve energy-saving and efficient.
5. Anti-corrosion fin of air-cooled heat exchanger: adopting anti-corrosion hydrophilic aluminum foil, double flanging and expanding process, copper tube and fin contact more closely, heat transfer efficiency is high. There is no need to install additional cooling water pumps and towers. They are reliable in operation, convenient in cleaning, strong in cooling capacity, low in noise, long in life and easy to operate. They are especially suitable for use in areas where water resources are scarce or water quality is high in hardness.
6. Control system: Industrial-level centralized control system, all-Chinese operation interface, menu prompt easy to operate, can view the operation status of the unit at any time, adjust the working mode, accurately control the matching of refrigeration capacity and cooling load, ensure the unit to operate with the best efficiency, reduce operating costs. Internal integration of water flow, low temperature, high and low pressure, anti-freezing, reverse phase, delay start, overload, over-temperature, oil pressure difference and other security protection functions. Accurate control can control the temperature in the range of (+1). It is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
