These heating equipment have many shortcomings, such as high energy consumption, prolonged breeding cycle, difficult to accurately control water temperature, affecting the benefits of aquaculture, discharging harmful gases and polluting the environment, and need special manual management.
A new generation of cold and warm constant temperature aquaculture unit is developed and manufactured based on the principle of air energy. It adopts flexible scroll compressor, special titanium alloy corrosion resistant heat exchanger, high efficiency, energy saving, safety and environmental protection, and automatic control of microcomputers. The water temperature can be adjusted between 8 and 30 degrees according to the need. The water temperature can be accurately controlled within the positive and negative 1.5 degrees without the need of dedicated management and labor saving. Compared with heating methods such as boiler, coal, oil and electric heating, constant temperature culture is not only more conducive to the growth of aquaculture, but also can save more than 50% of the annual cost. The project is simple to install, efficient and energy-saving, safe and environmental protection, easy to control without dedicated operation, time-saving and worry-saving.
Air may be a form of renewable energy. Air-source heat pump water heater is a new green energy industry. Compared with traditional gas and electric water heater products, it is not only safe but also energy-saving and environmental protection. Even compared with solar energy, it has obvious advantages. It changes the traditional solar energy products which only rely on direct sunlight or radiation to collect energy through reverse Carnot cycle. The principle of hot water supply is to extract low-temperature heat energy from air and convert it into high-temperature heat energy by gasification and compression of medium. The characteristics of hot water supply include:
(1) High efficiency and energy saving: Air-source water heater is free heat energy in the air through a large number of acquisitions. The energy consumed is only the energy used by compressors to transport air energy. Therefore, the thermal efficiency is as high as 380%-600%. The cost of producing the same hot water is only 1/4 of the electric water heater, 1/3 of the gas water heater and 1/2 of the solar water heater. High thermal efficiency is the biggest characteristic and advantage of air source water heater. When energy problem becomes a world problem, this is the most important reason why air source water heater becomes the fourth generation water heater.
(2) Green, environmentally friendly, safe and reliable: the unique use principle of air-source water heater realizes the complete separation of water and electricity in the working process, and fundamentally eliminates leakage accidents; and because it does not need any fuel consumption in the use process, there is no risk of fire, explosion and poisoning caused by fuel leakage; it changes from traditional solar products to rely only on direct sunlight or radiation. In the way of collecting energy, the refrigerant in the equipment collects heat energy from the air of natural environment and warms up the cold water through the heat exchanger. At the same time, the air source water heater does not emit any toxic gases, greenhouse gases and acid rain gases, nor does it waste heat pollution.
(3) The automatic control is easy to use: the air source water heater is automatically operated by a micro-computer, and the water temperature is set according to the need, and the start-stop/shut-down time is automatically set. It has memory function and does not need full-time duty. At the same time, it realizes low-valley power consumption by combining with its timing switch function, so as to achieve more economical use effect.
