The reactor cryogenic unit is used to maintain the low temperature conditions required for the chemical reaction in the reactor. It is used for rapid cooling of raw materials, preventing material deterioration, low temperature crystallization, low temperature extraction, low temperature synthesis. The temperature range can be adjusted from 30 degrees to 110 degrees below zero, and the refrigeration range is 10-1000KW.
Food-grade chiller: After food is processed at high temperature, in order to pack quickly, it is necessary to make the temperature of food meet the packaging requirements. Industrial chillers are used to quickly cool the processed food to meet the requirements. In addition, in the process of food fermentation, different temperatures are also needed to stabilize the need for fermentation, so in order to ensure the quality of fermentation products, it is necessary to accurately control the temperature by water coolers.
Air purification and regulation unit: In the pharmaceutical and chemical industry, dust-free workshop and other occasions, the temperature, humidity and cleanliness requirements of the use environment are controlled within a certain range. The surface cooler of water chiller is designed and integrated with air purification device. It can control the temperature of large area environment and realize the purification, dust removal, disinfection and sterilization of large area environment. Generally, centralized air supply is adopted. It has the function of constant temperature and humidity and is more convenient and practical than common central air conditioning.
1. International well-known compressors: adopt world-famous twin-screw compressor series, high efficiency 5:6 asymmetric screw tooth profile and advanced linear design. The machine has simple structure, only one tenth of the number of parts of piston compressor, less vulnerable parts, no suction and exhaust valves, no expansion process, large single-stage pressure ratio, insensitive to hydraulic shock. Built-in high-efficiency oil separator, the amount of oil brought out by exhaust is less than 1.5%. It can effectively improve the heat transfer efficiency of the two exchangers and save energy and durable. Efficient energy control can automatically realize 10%-100% grading or stepless energy regulation according to load variation. Through multi-head coordination and PLC control technology, the water-cooled screw chiller can achieve the best energy efficiency ratio at full or partial load, significantly reducing your operating costs.
2. Shell-and-tube condenser: using high-efficiency external threaded copper tubes, using the latest CAD/CAM design and processing technology, with CNC processing center production, corresponding to heat dissipation, water flow rate, scaling coefficient, calculating the effective heat transfer area, leaving 5-10% surplus; both end caps are easy to disassemble, easy to maintain;
3. Evaporator: Effective anticorrosive evaporator with ethylene glycol and brine as heat transfer medium, high efficiency and long service life.
4. Control system: industrial-level centralized control system, PIC controller, 7-inch touch color screen, all-Chinese operation interface, menu prompt easy to operate, can view the operation status of the unit at any time, adjust the working mode, accurately control the matching of refrigeration capacity and cooling load of the unit, ensure that the unit runs with the best efficiency and reduce operating costs. Internal integration of water flow, low temperature, high and low pressure, anti-freezing, reverse phase, delay start, overload, over-temperature, oil pressure difference and other security protection functions.
5. Accurate control can control the temperature in the range of (+1). It is easy to operate, safe and reliable.
