The low-temperature heat energy in the air is extracted by the reverse Carnot cycle principle, and the high-temperature heat energy is converted by medium gasification compression to achieve hot water supply. Its features include:
(1) High-efficiency and energy-saving: The air source water heater obtains the free heat energy in the air through a large amount of electricity. The power consumed is only the energy used by the compressor to carry the air energy. Therefore, the thermal efficiency is as high as 380%-600%, and the same amount of hot water is produced. Special designs for special occasions are widely used in constant temperature swimming pools, aquaculture, food factories, slaughterhouses, textile printing and dyeing factories, electroplating factories and oxidation plants. (1) Constant temperature swimming pool
There are two kinds of swimming pools: outdoor swimming pool and indoor warm water swimming pool. According to the characteristics of high temperature, high humidity and corrosiveness of the swimming pool, the difference between the special thermostat unit and the common unit is as follows:
1) High water quality requirements
According to the relevant national standards, in order to ensure sanitary conditions, disinfectants such as chlorine and copper sulfate need to be added regularly, and these components are highly corrosive to metals. Therefore, the swimming pool air source heat pump is made of titanium alloy, stainless steel, copper-nickel, copper-aluminum alloy materials with excellent corrosion resistance.
2) Low temperature of effluent and high efficiency of unit
Standard swimming pool water temperature requirements are 26 to 29 degrees Celsius, which can be easily achieved for air source heat pumps. In view of the low condensation temperature, it is suggested that the design of the condenser should be slightly smaller. Under the normal operation of the swimming pool, the efficiency of the air source heat pump unit in the swimming pool is relatively high, and it can generally reach more than 550% at the ambient temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
3) High water flow
In order to improve the efficiency of the system, ordinary heat pump water heaters usually control the flow rate of the pump. The temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the condenser is 5 C. But in the swimming pool, such temperature difference is enough to make swimmers feel uncomfortable. Therefore, in order to reduce the temperature difference and increase the flow rate of circulating water, air source heat pump uses special heat exchangers to increase the flow resistance, and ultimately to reduce the temperature difference and keep the water. Temperature is stable.
